I had a phone screen with a staffing agency first, then I went in person to interview with some technicians and management. It was a pretty standard lab technician interview. I got an offer about a week later and started two weeks after that.

I spoke with my potential direct manager for a while on the phone. Then, when they were in the area, I met with them and another manager. After that, I flew to Chicago to meet with all the heads of departments. I spent the entire day there and had plenty of time to ask them questions. The evening I arrived, I had dinner with the Senior VP/Director. The next day, I had lunch with the Director and the Director of Business Development. Many of these people have been with the company for over 25 years, and they have a very strong culture.
