It was a pretty straightforward and nice interview. The professor I spoke with asked about my past projects, publications, and supervisors. Given my background in Deep Learning and Generative AI, the questions mainly focused on foundational concepts in GANs and my interest in working in that area. He also shared details about his research and the project I'd be involved in. The interview concluded positively with the professor verbally confirming my offer for a research position at IIT Kanpur.

So this job was for Project Hridyantra at IITK back in 2022. The role was Research Engineer, focusing on designing a homegrown LVAD.
