I found out about this Research Associate role in the robotics group via a mailing list and then I submitted my application online. It included an 8-hour programming challenge with standard interview problems, a few slightly geared towards robotics. After I submitted the online challenge, they called me for a quick chat, and then I got an offer a few days later. The whole thing took about a week.
