First, there was a screening call with HR. Then, I had to complete a coding assessment online, which was pretty thorough. The final stage was an onsite interview, where I met with three people – I think one was a senior SDE, the tech lead, and the manager.

The process started with a document screening, followed by a first interview. Then, there was an essay writing session (on monodukuri) and a second interview. Each interview was only 30 minutes long, and for the essay, we had 50 minutes to write two essays simultaneously. The whole process from application to offer took just two weeks.
