Started with a video call screen, then met face-to-face with the direct manager. There was also a really personal assessment with HR effectiveness personnel, which included Birkman psychological and team assessments. Some very strange HR questions came up that felt like they were crossing a line.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was a mess because the external firm they used kept messing up dates and was error-prone. The leadership team seemed incompetent and couldn't even handle basic tech like iPhones. Some interviewers were from other local oil and gas companies and seemed to have failed in their previous roles, just landing an easy job here. It's baffling how this company makes money with such unqualified people. I decided to withdraw my application because it was obvious the emperor had no clothes, and everyone was pretending otherwise. Definitely stay away from this place.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was easy going and not very technical, with more focus on cultural fit. I met the employees and went on lunch with them. We discussed ongoing projects and the methodology of work. I had a nice day and good accommodation, and was well taken care of. I was pretty happy and awaited my offer. The offer was decent, and I negotiated and took a slight rise by asking for relocation.

The interview process was pretty efficient. I met with some colleagues, my supervisors, and a manager who was a direct report to the VP of Engineering. There was a panel interview and a deep dive into advanced technical topics related to upcoming projects.
