I got a call about an interview for an accountant position. They told me that if I didn't have a CPA, I would have to start as a finance executive. I asked them about it, and they said it's their group policy that you can't be an accountant without a CPA.

The interview process was pretty structured and professional. I started with a phone screen from the recruiter who told me what to expect next. After that, I had a technical interview and then a final panel interview with the team. They kept me updated on the timeline, which was great. Overall, it was a good experience, and I felt informed throughout.

First there was an HR call where they just asked for basic information. Then, I had an interview with the line manager where we talked about project experience and some technical questions. After that, I interviewed with the Director, which focused more on project experience and future plans, with no technical questions. Finally, there was the offer process.

Technical Behavioral System Design

The interview process was quick but had a lot of mixed signals. The offer details changed a few times and weren't accurate when I signed. A system design component was required. It was tough to get interviews done during typical working hours. The hiring manager was pleasant during the interview but asked many questionable questions that created a negative impression of the work environment.
