They interview you then send rejection emails with a no-reply email address, which is pretty rude. If you are going to speak to a person and interview them, at least send them an email from the person they spoke to? Standard recruiter phone interviewer with the typical basic questions.

It started with a screener with a talent team member, then I had a second interview with a hiring manager. Both were pleasant and informative, with basic interview questions. I liked that they didn't ask for a work sample early on.

This startup appeared to be hiring at lower than market rates. They seemed to have merged two roles into one, with expectations and pay that should have been much higher. The interview process had multiple rounds and took weeks before they went with another candidate. It felt unnecessarily complex and disorganized, and I've never been strung along like this before. Also, one interviewer was rude and judgmental, which raised concerns about the company culture and made me hesitant about working there.

Tutor
The interview process was quite straightforward. Initially, candidates are given a basic grammar test. If they pass this screening, they proceed to a Sparkhire interview where they are expected to conduct a demo class. Although the tasks were familiar, the application was rejected after only two days without any specific feedback or reasons provided, even though all requirements were met.
