The interview went well, and I really liked the tour of the facility, seeing how everyone worked. The managers were laid-back and explained everything clearly. They asked standard interview questions without expecting one particular answer.

The person I was supposed to meet for the interview didn't actually interview me. Instead, the diversity director conducted the interview. She seemed to mistakenly believe I had applied for a CNA position, even though my application was for an RN role. The process felt disorganized because the person who interviewed me wasn't the one originally scheduled.
