I had four interviews, and they all went super well. The company decided not to move forward with me in the end, but they never actually told me. It's pretty disappointing and unprofessional to get ghosted after four rounds, you know? Candidates deserve to hear back after putting in that much effort. IGN, you should do better.

Presentation Technical

It was a pretty simple and direct interview process. They requested to see my previous work and then I was given a design task to complete within a certain timeframe. The recruiting team and the hiring manager got back to me pretty quickly. The whole thing, from the initial chat to getting an offer, took about two weeks.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I was contacted directly, and after a phone screen, I was called in to interview with 7 people in 1/2 hour stretches. I was told beforehand that 'everyone is excited to be meeting me' and 'we don't usually call someone in just after a phone screen, but...' and other psyche boosters. The first three interviewers hadn't seen my resume. The 3rd interviewer was interrupted by internal HR who said there was an 'emergency all hands meeting by engineering' and they needed to stop the interview. This was a lie, confirmed when I called the recruiter the next day, and it was his way of getting someone out the door. Beware of lies and misrepresentation here. I knew right away I didn't want to work here due to culture and management, but lying is hurtful and disrespectful. Find another way to tell the truth if you don't think we'd work out. BTW, good luck calling anyone, the name lookup doesn't work and no one picks up.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process has 3 phone rounds and then 2 in-person interviews. The first call is usually with HR or a recruiter, then you talk to an employee. After that, they'll have you come in for the first round of interviews which might involve talking to one or more employees at once. A second interview could be over the phone or in person, then you'll have a screener who isn't in the department you applied for. The whole thing could take two weeks or longer.
