After that, they shared information about the work team and how they interact. Then came the question phase, where they asked about my previous experience and skills. They also asked about how I handle and manage problems in different situations.

Got a call a day after applying on LinkedIn. Scheduled an interview with the direct manager for the same afternoon. The interviewer seemed inexperienced and asked odd questions, giving uncertain answers about the work environment. They appeared disorganized, but I was willing to overlook it. The interviewer said they'd call back by a specific date within two weeks after their upcoming trip. I never heard back after their trip, so I called to follow up. I was informed they had already hired someone else. Given the effort to interview so quickly, I expected at least an email or message about the outcome. Very unprofessional.

I got a call for an interview and then we had a group interview over video with the other genetic counselors. Everything went well, and they said they wanted to hire fast. But then months went by and I never heard back, and they didn't reply to my emails. Super rude and makes them look bad. It also felt like a clique-y place from the interview.
