I just had my first meeting with Joachim. He asked me some things about myself and what I'm interested in. He was a really nice, pleasant person.

I applied for this CSM job and the talent manager contacted me quickly, saying I fit the profile. Then I had a screening call with Matt who seemed impressed, and he said I'd hear back soon. But then, out of nowhere, I got an automated rejection email from him. I asked if it was a mistake, and he replied he didn't know what was going on because the hiring manager, Susnato, was swamped with emails and hadn't even looked at applications yet. I had to follow up four times before they confirmed the rejection via another automated email. It was a total mess and a waste of my time, frankly. Apparently, they wanted someone with over 5 years of CSM experience, which is weird since they shortlisted me. I guess I dodged a bullet.

Had a recruiter interview that was 30 minutes, then interviewed with the team lead for 60 minutes. Then I met with a team member for 60 minutes. After that, the team lead and director interviewed me for 60 minutes. Finally, we had a 60 minute salary discussion with the team lead.

First, there was a phone call about the role and what's expected. Then, I had an over-the-phone interview with some of the employees, at least two of them were peers. After that, it's either a yes or no. If you're not hired, the hiring managers will still get back to you with any extra questions, they don't ghost you.
