It's usually a one or two step process. First, a quick call, then you'll come in for an interview at the store with the manager. They'll want to talk about how you handle customers, when you can work, and if you can handle a busy store.

Behavioral Other

This interview was a bit strange. The interviewer brought up things that weren't really related to the job. He even said he could have chosen not to interview me because I'm from Gaza, but he decided to give me a chance. It was surprising to hear that where I'm from could be a reason not to hire someone. Also, a lot of the interview was about him not being sure how I'd fit into the team since I don't speak French, even though I told him on the phone I'm learning. He still wanted to continue the interview. The whole experience was uncomfortable, and it felt like I wasn't really being considered for a job, more like I was there to listen to him rather than have a fair evaluation.
