So, we had this group interview, right? It was on MS Teams, with the employer. I got an email invitation and joined the call with some other interns. We just started answering random questions. It felt kinda stressful seeing everyone else on the same call, but I guess it was efficient for them.

great, really enjoyed the process. They make you feel very welcoming and the interview feels like talking to a friend. Great experience overall. I really enjoyed the process personally and would recommend going through the process for everyone interested in this company. I do recommend you to cold reach out to people and make yourself familiar with the process.

I was invited to the office for a standard interview. They had my resume and letter of intent, and they used the personality test I'd completed online a few days prior. They assess things gradually, analyzing your responses, behavior, confidence, and body language, which are very important. I wasn't sure how to answer some questions, and I admit I got stuck on two. They don't ask typical questions like weaknesses or future goals, so don't practice those. Focus instead on the role and your strong desire for it. Being very available and having a strong network for potential customers is also crucial.
