The interview process was very strange. It felt like the same candidate was being considered for multiple roles. The TA team seemed disorganized, unable to track candidates effectively. They should be more mindful of how they post job openings and avoid wasting applicants' time, especially since not everyone is desperate for a job.

Typically, the Software Engineer internship interview process kicks off with a review of your resume. After that, you'll face an online coding test to gauge your problem-solving and coding abilities. If you pass this stage, you'll proceed to one or more technical interviews. First, I applied online through their portal or LinkedIn. After getting shortlisted, I went through a panel interview which mostly consisted of situational and behavioral questions. They made the decision within a week. There might have been two or three rounds of cultural fit interviews as well.
