The interview process was standard, starting with a phone call and then moving to a face-to-face meeting. During the meeting, the interviewer talked about office gossip and politics. I was then told I would be a great asset and they couldn't wait to have me join. However, I later found out I was not being hired, even though all three interviewers had welcomed me to the team.

First you fill out an application, then you do a drug screen, watch some safety videos, and then you get the job. It's super straightforward. You don't really need any experience. It's a good place for newbies or if you just need some cash to hold you over between jobs.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

It was a really professional and thorough interview. I got there early, had my resume ready, and was dressed appropriately in a business suit. The interview really started the moment I walked in. They had me do a computer test on-site. After that, I had the face-to-face interview. My tip: be prepared! They went over my resume and asked specific, relevant questions about my skills and experience. I had to really listen and think about my answers. Everyone was super professional and they described the job accurately. After the computer test, I interviewed with the client the next day. It was a panel of five people. They were looking for someone who would stop a job if it wasn't safe, since it's a manufacturing firm where safety is the number one priority.
