So, there were three parts to the interview process: first an HR chat, then a meeting with the hiring manager, and finally an interview with the IT Operations Director. Mostly it was about soft skills and solving basic problems. But man, it was slow, had to wait 10 days for any news.

I interviewed at IFM for a Senior Business Analyst role. I'm an experienced front office business analyst. There were 3 rounds of interviews, but then things went completely silent. When I pushed for an update, I was told the role was 'Up in the Air', which was really unprofessional. It's strange because I spent 3 weeks and had 5 interviews, with 2 of them being in-person. Something felt off.

I went through a 3-stage interview process. First, I spoke with the manager, and then there were two other people who interviewed me. They asked general IT questions about my past experience and also some scenario-based questions. They specifically inquired about my knowledge of Powershell and Outlook.

The interview process involved multiple teams, but honestly, it was a pretty subpar experience overall. The interviewers were late, and the general atmosphere felt negative and a bit snobby. I wasn't offered a position, but I probably would have declined it anyway.
