Behavioral Technical

It was a 3-stage process: first online, then a test, and finally an in-person interview. They were very polite and made me feel comfortable. They asked standard questions about job expectations and also aligned company expectations, but didn't disclose salary. There were few questions about personal life, and they were helpful throughout.

Behavioral Presentation Other

The interview process is great, the interviewers were well constructed and down to earth. They treat the whole session as a normal conversation and make the interviewee feels comfortable. Their objective is to understand the current status of the interviewee and try to brief them as detail as possible so that they’re aware what to expect from the job. There’s role play during interview too.

Behavioral Other

A process totally disorganized, participated in the interview the Analyst and coordinator of HR and the Coordinator of the sector and three candidates. The employees interrupt each other, ask for salary for all interviewees, causing a real auction and in the end do not disclose the salary value. Waste of time to participate in the interview, during the interview they could not hear the candidates' presentation.

  • What was your last salary and your home location?
  • What is your last salary and where do you live?
