The communication was good and the whole process went smoothly. I was asked to prepare a presentation on a topic of my choice. During the interview, I had to give this presentation and then answer some questions about myself and my career history. I also got the chance to ask the interviewers some questions. Everyone was really friendly.

It was a group interview, we started by introducing ourselves and briefly talking about our backgrounds. Then, we were divided into teams to solve a practical case about how to improve efficiency in a production line and ensure product quality. During the activity, I had the chance to contribute ideas, listen to my colleagues, and coordinate some tasks, which allowed us to work in an organized manner. The recruiter observed our communication, how we collaborated, and the creativity in our proposals. In the end, we shared our conclusions and they explained the next steps of the process.

Participei da dinâmica de grupo para vaga de estágio na IFF do Rio de Janeiro. Super longa, com 2h de duração. O Rh foi respeitoso, mas uma pessoa de alto cargo foi rude com os candidatos do início ao fim. Debochava do que dizíamos. Também colocou muitos defeitos na solução do desafio em grupo. Verdadeiramente mal educado.
