First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at IEWC.
Sourcing Specialist
The interview process was straightforward and pleasant. I spoke with the Hiring Manager, an HR representative, a team member, and another manager from a different function. The entire process lasted about two weeks, and they kept me updated regularly.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
Transportation Manager
I went through a few interviews where different people asked me questions. It was pretty straightforward for me. First, I had an HR interview, then I met with my manager, the Supply Chain Manager, and the Warehouse Manager.
- In what kind of work environment do you do your best work?
Quality Assurance Engineer
The interview process here is pretty structured. You should get ready with your own questions and be prepared to talk about your past work experiences. It starts with a call with HR, then you'll talk to the hiring manager, and after that, you'll meet with other managers in the company.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- Could you describe some projects you've worked on in previous roles?
- What makes you interested in working for our company?
Customer Service Representative
So first there was a phone screen with the recruiter, then a virtual panel interview with the hiring manager and customer service manager. After that, we had an on-site panel interview again with the hiring manager and customer service manager. All in all, the whole thing took about 2 hours.
- In what ways does your degree apply to this role?
