So, the whole interview thing started with a recruitment agency, I had a phone interview with them first, then an assessment centre. After that, the actual interview process for the job had a few parts. First up was a face-to-face chat with a director at Investis, which was pretty chill and didn't take long. Next, I had to do an online timed test, which wasn't too bad difficulty-wise. The last part was a presentation where I had to break down a company's digital presence (Investis picked the company) and suggest how they could do better. I gave this to three people from the company, and they were pretty quiet about it. Later that same day, they called me up and offered me the job.

First, I had a call with HR about my profile, which lasted about 30 minutes. Then, I had a one-on-one with my future leader and manager. They asked general questions about technologies and presented some code for me to review. I was given about 30 minutes to understand their code, and then I had to explain my understanding. They also asked me about optimizing the code and the process. Finally, there was a round with HR and senior managers where they asked some technical and personal questions.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and then the hiring manager reached out to me directly to schedule a call. It was a bit unusual because there was no recruiter involved. It was a basic interview with pretty dull questions. The hiring manager talked a lot about the company culture, using phrases like "work hard play hard", "we're like a family", and "we work around the clock". In the end, it seems like both sides realized it wasn't a good fit, so we didn't move forward.

First, there was a basic HR question, then an English grammar test. After that, they moved on to technical questions about ASP.net, HTML, CSS, JQuery, and Javascript. They also assessed communication skills and self-confidence. It's best to answer only what you're sure of, avoid bluffing or lengthy explanations, and maintain good English.
