Never take interview of this company especially when contacted by hiring agencies (hectadata) especially by the lady. The company takes all rounds including L1, L2 (manager round), L3 (VP round), L4 (hr round). They make you false promises of giving offer letter and also make you resign by saying they want an earlier joiner, this comes from both VPs' and talent acquisition's mouths. And once you confirm the LWD and resign from your current company, both the agency and recruitment team will make you suffer and make excuses saying it is in process, your LWD confirmation had caused issues like that. And after 15 days, they will say they have moved with other candidates. My interview started on Aug 13th and all rounds were over by Aug 25th. I put my resignation in the current company on Aug 27th and asked for an early release, it was set for Aug 4th. So I gave my LWD confirmation to the agency Hectadata. They were okay with that, the agency said they had forwarded the message to Solifi Talent Acquisition, they said they will give the offer letter by Aug 1st and onboarding will be done on Aug 7th, but it never happened. In between, when I emailed Solifi and his fake-mouthed talent acquisition for confirmation on the offer letter, he never replied to the email. So when I called on Aug 7th, he said 'did I say to resign?' as if he was doing me a favor. So when I said your VP and HR had said so in the L3 and L4 round, then he came up with that it is in process and kept saying that for 15 days and finally saying the company moved with other candidates. That dumb lady saying he is talking to his team, which team she is taking till now I don't know. My question is why this company exists if they can't handle the simple hiring process. Due to this company, I am unemployed in this crisis time. Now who will pay my bills being the sole earner of your family. From the top hierarchy to the bottom, all are fake and make false promises. They say they are a product company and compare better than top svc-based MNCs in India.

It might be tempting for some leaders to just accept that hiring isn't an exact science and use that as an excuse to keep using the same old interview process that corporations have used for ages. But today, it’s safe to say that most businesses can't afford to risk bad hires. We believe it’s possible to create an interview process that clearly assesses a candidate’s skills, aptitude, and potential for fitting into the company culture. Our four pillars can serve as a framework for those who want to do this.
