The interview was conducted online and lasted about 45 minutes. We started with introductions for a few minutes, then chatted a bit. After that, I got an overview of the role and some information was gathered. Then, the interview started with a Q&A session. I asked about 2-3 questions towards the end, and then we wrapped up. I finished by thanking them for the interview opportunity.

The interview process was pretty disorganized; I ended up waiting in the lobby for two hours because they forgot about me. It was a panel interview with the director, lab manager, and a supervisor. The interview itself wasn't too hard, but the interviewers weren't the most pleasant people. I got an offer after six months, which I accepted, though I kind of regret it now.

The interview process was really long, taking about 8 months to even get an interview. It was a structured interview, but the questions they asked didn't really make sense. The interview was on Zoom, and they made me show them my whole surroundings to ensure no one else was home with me, which felt like a ridiculous invasion of privacy.
