It was a pretty straightforward interview with two people in Springfield. They were quite nice, and while the questions were challenging, they seemed sincere. The entire process spanned a considerable amount of time, which is pretty typical for government positions.

The whole process was done online or over the phone. The first interview was a phone call with a Conservation Education Instructor (CEI). Then, for the second interview, I had a Zoom meeting with a CEI and an HR representative.
