So basically there are 2 tech rounds and 1 manager round. The first round will be for basic understanding. The second round will be a bit more difficult. The third round won't be technical, it will be more of a discussion about the company.

The interview process was quite informal, but it was disappointing to receive no feedback afterward. I was essentially ghosted, even after sending a thank-you note. I found this very unprofessional, especially considering how many positions are currently unfilled.

Communication was minimal, and I had to initiate contact most of the time. The process felt unorganized, and participants didn't turn on their cameras. We discussed job duties and I asked about working conditions, which raised some concerns.
