I missed the first phone interview, so they let me skip it and go straight to an in-person interview. I went back the next day for the second and final interview. Both interviews were 30 minutes long and took place in a conference room with 3 IDIQ team members present each time. I got a call about 6 hours later saying I got the job.

Had an initial chat with the Director. We talked about my current work experience and they told me about the job. They wanted to know about my ability to pick up new technologies and also asked about my work project history. Also asked about myself outside of work.
