I was contacted about an interview opportunity after I applied, but when I replied, I didn't get a response. So I reached out to them via their website, and then I heard back and we scheduled an interview. The interview itself went well. The person interviewing me used AI to record notes. I wasn't selected for the role.

First round they asked about my salary expectations, and I gave them my range. They then gave me their range, which was a bit lower than what I said, and I agreed when they asked if that was alright. The next day, I got an email from them asking if I would accept an even lower salary than the range they gave me the day before. It seemed like the company was disorganized and unprofessional.

The interview process was great! It started with some Zoom calls and then moved on to a full day virtual "day at the office." Everyone I met was really nice and chill, but also super focused on their work. They took time to answer my questions and get to know me better.
