The whole thing took about 3 weeks. It was an open campus drive, but they only picked the top 150 for interviews, saying more would be contacted later. I got an email for an online assessment (OA) with 3 coding questions, ranging from basic to hard, focusing on arrays, strings, and hashmaps. After clearing that, I was invited for an in-person interview at the Hyderabad campus. The in-person part had 4 days and 4 locations to choose from; I picked Hyderabad. There were 3 rounds in total: 2 technical and 1 HR. The first technical round had 2 interviewers who didn't look at my resume. They started by asking me to describe myself and my projects. Then, they moved straight to DSA questions to check my logic. I talked about my microservices, cloud, and system design project for about 40 minutes. After that, they asked a DSA question about writing the logic code to find a target value in generated Fibonacci numbers using a hashmap algorithm. I explained the logic but couldn't write the code perfectly. They told me that strong DSA is more important than just projects for SDE roles and advised me to try again next time.

The interview was a walk-in that started with a coding round in expo.snack to assess my React Native skills. This was followed by a discussion about my experience with React and React Native. Next, I moved to an L1 round which tested my in-depth knowledge of React and React Native internals. The subsequent L2 round involved two interviewers who seemed intent on challenging and dismissing my responses from the outset. They even suggested that the DOM wouldn't update on a state update, at which point I realized they were looking for reasons to reject me. I began to respond more playfully, exploring their critical approach. I decided to leave after this round, confident in the feedback they would provide. So, for anyone interviewing here, be aware of the L2 interviewers.

Interview process took too long time more than 3 weeks at least. Very bad HR management process. Multiple reschedule, due to interviewer not available and no prior intimation and waste of time. Unprofessional behavior of both HR and the panels. Multiple HR persons involved in Salary discussion even after getting finalized and mutual understanding, again the senior HR called and ask to negotiated which is not as per market standard comparing with the the service company also. Really Pathetic. There is no value of discussion at any stage. HR asked multiple times, if we'll offer you, whether you will join or not. Wondering about what will happen after joining.
