My interview experience with Idex was great. The process was super professional and fast, and they kept me in the loop at every stage. I felt I could ask anything, like about diversity and company culture, and they gave me good, honest answers. It was a really positive and welcoming time that showed Idex cares about being professional and inclusive.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process involved a video call that was about 20-30 minutes long, with two senior management members. It was formal but also relaxed and went smoothly. It's a great place to work and get industry experience, I'd recommend it.

First, I had an interview with HR to go over some screening questions. After that, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then, I had a conversation with a team member on MS TEAMS. The last part was a site visit which included a final panel interview. During the visit, I got a tour of the manufacturing operations and talked to as many people as I could during the 6-hour visit.

Behavioral

An external recruiter reached out for a role, and the entire process was meant to be 3 rounds. The recruiter said I'd hear back Tuesday afternoon/Wednesday morning, then by Wednesday afternoon, then by Thursday afternoon. But I never heard anything by Thursday or Friday, even after emailing the interviewers directly on Friday. They ended up ghosting me and the recruiting firm, which was super unprofessional, especially with a recruiting firm involved. The firm itself was good at keeping me updated though.
