I applied online and got an interview message from HR. The first step was a quick drawing test for 4 minutes. After that, I spoke with Royce, who is a very nice and friendly HR person. We talked like friends, and I showed her my portfolio and talked about my background. She then told me about the company culture, and it sounds like a really great place to work! The next day, I visited the studio director. He was friendly and showed me examples of their projects, which was very inspiring. Although I didn't get an offer, it was still a wonderful interview experience. I really like Idea Machine Studio.

The HR Manager, Rejoyce was super welcoming and we had a chill chat. I did a quick 4-minute drawing test where I had to copy what she showed me. Then we talked about my past work. She told me about the company, its future plans, and the work vibe, and gave me a quick tour. I also met Rich from the Creative Department. Afterwards, the HR Manager emailed to sort out dates. It was a really good interview experience.

I had a chat with their HR manager, and it was a really good conversation. We covered a bunch of stuff related to the job. I liked how honest and clear the HR manager was about the role and what the company offers. It seems like a pretty cool place to be, even just for the interview. What I really dig is their focus on creativity and innovation. Wishing them the best and thanks for the interview invite.

I was introduced to the company, given a quick three-minute drawing test, and then asked questions about myself, and given the opportunity to ask questions back. I was then given a tour around the office to get a feel for the environment.
