First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at IDC.
Researcher
The interview process was quick and transparent. Everyone I interacted with was great and open to questions, making them the best types of people to work with. Despite some C-level changes causing confusion with ongoing transformations and initiatives, it's still exciting.
- Could you describe your experience managing various kinds of data?

Analyst
I had a really nice time interviewing. I went through several one-on-one rounds. They tested my technical skills and asked about my motivation, past experiences, problem-solving approaches, and hypothetical situations. The interviewer also shared a lot of info about the company and what the job entails.
- Can you demonstrate your technical skills?
- What drives your motivation?
- Could you share details about your previous work experiences?

After applying, I heard back from the company about a month later. The first step was a 30-minute recruiter phone screen. About a week after that, I had a 30-minute call with the hiring manager. Then, I spoke with about three other team members.
