The interview was very hands-on and direct. They seemed more interested in my attitude and how knowledgeable I am. They were respectful of my notice period. Everything was very transparent. It's a good company.

I applied on their website for the job and got a call a month later. The person I would be working for explained the position and asked me typical HR questions, like why I want to change my job and why I think I suit the position. After that, I flew in and did a 3-hour formal interview, presenting slides I had been provided a week before to the line manager and his boss.

This company has a well managed interview process. It involved three interview rounds, and things were going well. The first round was a phone call with the recruiter, followed by a technical interview with the lead, and then the manager joined the process.

Scheduling this whole thing was a mess and the interviews felt all over the place. It wasn't clear what they were actually searching for in a candidate and then, poof, ghosted. I was hyped for the gig but it was a bad fit.
