Media Buyer
After applying online, I was contacted by a recruiter within a few days. The recruiter was friendly and knowledgeable, and they helped me understand the role and the company better, answering my many questions. Next, I was invited to the office to meet with some team members. They were also very nice, and it was helpful to hear about their daily work. Though I didn't get the job, the process was professional, and I'd consider applying again to ID Media because it seems like a great workplace.

Media Strategist
I started with a phone chat to discuss my work history, confirm I had the necessary skills, and talk about salary. The interviewer also provided an overview of the company. Then, I went onsite to meet with two team members. Before the interviews, I had to complete a short quiz to assess my reading and math abilities.

Traffic Coordinator
It started with an email, then a phone interview. After that, I had an in-person interview which included a math test (percentages, pretty easy), a proofreading task for some sentences (average difficulty), and a writing section where I talked about myself and why I'd be a good candidate. Then I spoke with the recruiter, and finally met with two people from the team.
- What are your stress management techniques?
- Can you share about yourself and your past experiences?
- Could you answer some basic questions regarding your background?
Media Strategist
The initial phone screen was super easy. The recruiter just asked about my background and to confirm my resume details. I then went in for an in-person interview the same week. There, I met with two people I might be working with. Both chats were really conversational, which put me at ease. The focus was on how my experience fit the role. No curveballs, and it all went well. The very next day, the recruiter called with a job offer.
- Tell me about a class you enjoyed and the reasons why.
