Customer Service Representative
It was an online interview where I talked about my background and what I would do in certain situations. Overall, it was pretty easy to pass, just had to make sure I got it done on time.

Right now they're only hiring contract workers. You'll work really closely with a recruiter who will get you ready for your interview. They'll coach you on how to answer questions, give you some pointers, and even do a practice interview where you can ask them anything.

Customer Service Representative
The process included a Wonderlic test, a writing prompt, and a two-part phone interview. Each part of the phone interview was 15 minutes long. I thought the process was difficult. They used the STAR method during the process.
