It was a casual interview, lasting about 30 minutes. There were some classroom management questions. It was a getting to know you type of thing. I had 3 interviews in total: one with HR over the phone, one with the department head, and then another one with HR again. The whole process was finished within 4-5 weeks.

It was a one-level interview, and not a long process overall. The people were nice. The work environment isn't great, but the people are good and easy to work with. You basically do everything from start to finish.
