After submitting my resume online, I got a call back. The recruiter was professional, and we scheduled an interview. The actual interview process, however, was quite unprofessional. The first day involved multiple interviews: a face-to-face with the recruiting manager, the direct supervisor, and the department head. I had to wait over 15 minutes past the scheduled time, and then waited between 10-15 minutes between each of the three interviewers. The admin confirmed I could leave after the three interviews, only to be called later that day to reschedule the meeting with the department head for the next day. They had previously told me the process would be one day of interviews (hiring manager and two managers), one field day, and a CEO meeting. The first interview day was also filled with distractions: constant cellphone notifications, interviewers taking calls, employees walking in and out of the conference room, and overhearing company gossip. The second day required me to travel again for an interview with the department head. She was new and kept leaving to talk to people, which was distracting and prevented me from building rapport or effectively sharing my experience. Overall, the process was marked by excessive waiting, poor communication, and distractions. My advice: get the interview itinerary emailed to you beforehand to save time and money.

The interview process was super messy. I showed up on time and the HR person interviewed me for like 10 minutes. Then they told me to wait for the manager, but I waited like 30 minutes. They finally realized and had me shadow a tech support engineer for about an hour to 1.5 hours. The engineer I was shadowing eventually went to see what was up, and when he got back, they said the manager didn't even know about me. So I finally got to interview with the manager, but they were on a conference call the whole time and kept getting interrupted. They asked about my resume and experience and threw in some troubleshooting questions. Another manager interrupted towards the end, and then I was shown out.

It was a 4 step interview Process: 1. Initial Interview 2. Interview with who would be your direct supervisor 3. A day in the field where they call it 'free labor' for a day. They expect you to take notes on the position, ask questions, and basically it is a day of being trained for free. They usually only invite the people they want to hire. BEWARE: my day in the field was nothing like the position I had.

So I got referred by a friend who works here and they reached out right away. I came in for an interview and they kept showing me new job openings that were a better fit. I liked this part cause it meant they really wanted to put me in the best spot. It was a pretty long process though, like first interviews, then a day out in the field, and then a bunch more interviews with managers and stuff.
