Recruiter
It was a long process with a lot of unnecessary rounds. I managed to get through all the stages calmly. I got positive feedback from HR, and the salary negotiation was the only thing left. We agreed on a salary, but then, due to the unprofessionalism of one HR person, they told me my application was on hold because they found someone cheaper. I was shocked by this unethical and unprofessional behavior from a company I thought was reputable. What a terrible experience!
- They asked me a lot of questions, like I was being interrogated.
Technical Recruiter
Pathetic interview process. They give a sourcing test to experienced professionals. Everyone has a different way to do things, but this company didn't care. Very lengthy process. I have never seen this kind of interview process anywhere.
- How do you source for technical roles?
- Which job boards do you use?
- What's your experience with LinkedIn for sourcing?
Recruiter
It was good, writing and communication skills are primary requirements. It started with an essay writing, then a group discussion, and finally an in-person interview. They asked me if I would be comfortable with work timings. About myself and my hometown. Overall a really good work environment but the night shift might not suit everyone. Cabs and meals are provided.
- Tell me about yourself and where you are from. Also, would you be comfortable with the work timings?
- What are your interests?
