The interview process had 3 rounds, including an HR interview. They mostly asked about my resume and some hypothetical data management scenarios. Since it's a new team, I also interviewed with the CTO. Overall, it was a great interview process and I learned a lot.

HR interview first then a 2nd interview technical 3 person panel. 2 of them were I assumed the technical leads and 1 not so nice Indian woman Director. She was really rude during the interview and I can feel the fear from the other 2 interviewers. Overall, this was the worst interview I've ever had in my years in the field. Nobody deserves to be treated that way which explains the high turnover in this company.

I had a few rounds of interviews. Started with HR, then a manager, then another manager, and finally met with the whole team. They really dug into my skills and then presented me with some scenarios to see how I'd handle them, both from a technical problem-solving perspective and in terms of dealing with non-technical folks like Sales and Business Analysts.

The interview process had a few stages. It started with HR, then I met with the Sales VP who would be hiring for the role. After that, I spoke with two of my potential sales peers. The final interview was with the Chief Revenue Officer. All of these were done virtually over Zoom or Teams. The hiring manager ultimately extended the job offer.
