The process was a bit informal. I spoke with a senior director, then some associate directors, and finally the COO. Each meeting was about an hour long. Overall, it was a positive experience. HR was responsive and communicated clearly when I had questions.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was not ideal. I was initially invited for an interview, but due to a system glitch, I was given the wrong date and showed up on the incorrect day. This required me to take additional time off work the next day to attend. The first interview was quite standard, involving a discussion with the person currently in the role I would have been replacing and their manager. We covered typical questions about skills, past situations, and details about the role and its requirements. I was told that if I advanced, the next stage would involve meeting two Senior Management employees who oversee the position. I was then called for the second round of interviews, apparently alongside one other candidate. This interview also went well, with no unexpected questions. I was informed I'd hear back in the following weeks but received no update on the role or confirmation of whether I was successful. I only found out who was hired through industry contacts, which was quite disappointing given the size of the organization.
