The interview was an online video call, scheduled with two interviewers. One interviewer was late, and then they decided to invite a third person, causing a delay while they waited for them to accept the invitation. I was left waiting on camera for about 10 minutes in silence while they figured out who would join the interview. Only one of the three interviewers turned their camera on. They didn't introduce themselves, and the overall experience felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. At the end, they asked me to leave so they could discuss my candidacy amongst themselves.
