I got an email asking some questions about the job. They wanted to know my salary expectations, if I could get to the office, and when I could do a zoom interview.

I scheduled an in-person interview. When I got there, I arrived 10 minutes early and filled out some paperwork. I met with someone I wasn't expecting to meet with. We had a short, basic interview for about 10-15 minutes about the role and company. Then, I was asked to wait for the main contact I was supposed to meet. I waited for an hour, and was told she was running late. After an hour and a half, the receptionist told me she couldn't meet with me anymore and I should leave. I never heard back from them, and didn't get a chance to meet with her. It wasn't a professional experience and felt rude.

I had a Zoom call with the recruiter first to go over my background. Then, I went in person to interview with two people there, and one person virtually while I was in their office. One of the interviewers didn't make eye contact and turned his body away, which was not ideal. It seemed strange to come in person, talk to two people, and then have them leave so I could talk to a third person virtually while I was still in their office.

There was no initial phone screening; a call was made just to arrange the in-person interview. The interview itself was straightforward with HR, covering my background, my reasons for wanting the job, and my knowledge of corporate barter. Nothing unexpected came up. Just make sure to research the company before you go in.
