The process was pretty standard, with 3 rounds. First, a recruiter call, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally, interviews with people from other departments. Each interview was 30 minutes long, and I got to ask questions at the end. It was a pretty easy and enjoyable experience talking to everyone.

The interview was short and professional, and there wasn't much detail. It was basically a one-time thing since there wasn't a second round scheduled. When I asked about how hiring was going, they said ICON was doing a "cleanup" on its teams, which sounded a bit vague and made me wonder, especially given how they said it.

After submitting my application for the CRA internship, I received a response within 3 hours to complete a video screening interview on HireVue. This involved 5 questions: 3 video-recorded ones about my background, experiences, and some situational scenarios, and 2 written questions regarding job requirements, such as willingness to travel frequently. Two days later, I had a brief, pleasant interview with HR. Following that, I was invited for a final interview with two hiring managers, which was a great experience. Note that the initial interviews were in English, but the final one was conducted in French.
