First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ICM.
Marketing
The interview process was great and the interviewer was supportive. They explained the job description well and asked common interview questions. Benefits and salary were good. They asked about my previous experience and why I would be a good fit for the role. The process took 4 days to 2 weeks. I didn't get an offer but was happy with the process.
- Can you explain why you're a suitable candidate for this role?
Research Associate
I started by chatting with the lab manager for about 30-45 minutes. Then, they showed me around the facility. To wrap things up, I sat down with the other research associates for a roundtable chat. Mostly, they were asking about my personality to gauge if I'd be a good fit for the team.
- Could you tell me about your favorite music?
- What activities do you enjoy during your free time?
Dealer
Had an online chat with HR and the Manager. It was a good conversation, mostly straightforward, aimed at seeing if my experience fit the role and if I'd be interested in the job given my current position.
- Can you give an overview of your background?
- What are your expectations from this job?
- What is your current salary?
Claims Adjuster
After an initial recruiter/HR call, I had one interview with several department heads. It was an okay experience overall, and even though they offered me the position, they made me feel like I didn’t do well.
- Could you describe your current daily objectives and how you go about achieving them?
