The process started on WhatsApp, and the interview was online. However, from the moment of the interview, it was clear that it's a chaotic environment, with high demand and little appreciation, which explains the high turnover for this position and why nobody stays there for long. HR said they would send all responses, even negative ones, but I never received them.

The interview process was smooth and easy to manage. However on the day of the interview, while I arrived more than 15 mins ahead of schedule the 2nd interviewer was in a meeting that ran over. The 1st interviewer and I went through about 80% of the interview when the second interviewer finished up and joined us. She reasked all the questions that the first interviewer asked and I had to reanswer. This was actually quite a waste of time and disrespectful to my time.

Sent my resume. They called me to let me know about the interview. Because of the pandemic, the process was online using the Meets platform. There were three interviewers who took turns asking questions and commenting. The questions ranged from specific knowledge required for the position to more general questions like "how do you think you can contribute to the team?" and telling a bit about your journey. Later, they called to inform me of the result.
