It started with a 15-minute phone call with the hiring manager. Then, there was an in-person interview with the manager, followed by an in-person interview with the director, which involved preparing questions and leading the meeting. Finally, there was an online meeting with the manager and director where I presented what I learned about the company during the process. Then I got the offer.

The interview process kicked off with a group interview involving about 18 people split into 3 groups. We were told that candidates moving to the next stage would be notified early the following week. On Friday, myself and one other person were invited for a second, one-to-one interview. Apparently, an internal recruiter found me, and the other candidate was sourced by an agency. The agency candidate got their second interview invite a day before I did, and our interview times got shifted around a few times. The second interview was really intense, and at times felt a bit unprofessional. The interviewer said they'd decide that same day and let both of us know early the next week. The other candidate heard back on Tuesday, two days after their interview. A month later, I still haven't heard anything, despite sending a few emails. I really expected better communication given the company's reputation. I feel pretty let down, especially since I took two days off work and paid for travel to London twice. In hindsight, I'm actually glad I didn't get the job because I wouldn't want to work for a company that doesn't respect people's time and money.
