First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ICE Consulting.
IT Manager
The recruiter had great energy, and the medical benefits and management team are great too. There are good challenges to work on as the company is going through organic growth and has a long history. The interview process was very open and honest, I recommend this company.
- Can you explain AWS IP address conflicts?
- What about networking?
- And Linux shell programming?
Business Development Manager
It was a pretty straightforward process. First, I had a phone call which was quite easy. Then, for the second part, I had to go in person for a quick one-on-one meeting with the CEO. We chatted for about an hour, and he asked me a bunch of questions. I think I did alright.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next five years?
IT Consultant
The interview process was very straightforward. All the questions were technical and quite interesting, as was the interview style. You'd get a call for a phone screen with all sorts of top-level questions. After the phone screen, you'd likely get an in-person request or another phone screen.
- Questions about networks and technologies were asked.
Client Success Manager
The interview process was brief and short, and I was hired right after the first interview. Since we're a small IT service company, we need to fill positions very quickly because we can't afford to have any roles vacant.
- How effectively do you communicate, and are you a team player?
