So I started with the Support Supervisor, then the CEO and a Sales person called me. All 3 chats were great and professional, but scheduling was a nightmare. My meeting with the CEO and Sales Rep got called off 45 mins before it was supposed to start because someone was sick. HR is a total mess and can't seem to find a time that works for everyone. Then I met the Clinical Officer who kicked things off by saying, "Your references are too good." After 16 days, Support Team members hit me up thinking I was still interviewing for the Inside Sales gig I applied for. Turns out, they were actually interviewing me for a Support role. That interview was a joke; the two interviewers were super unprofessional and clearly distracted. The whole thing took over 50 days and involved 6 people.

The interview for the Support Agent role, which I was later promoted from to QA, was conducted over Zoom. It involved a panel of two interviewers. The communication was excellent, and I didn't feel any pressure. They asked standard questions related to the position, along with some personal ones about things like where I live and my hobbies.

The interview process started with a Wedge One-Way Interview. There was no initial recruiter call or in-person meeting with a real person. It was just an AI tool to screen out candidates considered 'undesirable'. Using these tools shows the company doesn't value candidates or their time. Interviews should be a two-way evaluation, but this process felt one-sided.

It was a nice interview process. The first round was 30 minutes and the second was 45 minutes. The people were nice and it was mostly conversations, assessing culture fit, and lots of behavior questions. You should be prepared with STAR responses.
