It was a good interview experience overall. There was a coding round in C++, then a screening round, followed by three technical rounds. They asked standard questions, the kind you'd find on LeetCode. I think LeetCode would prepare you well.

I talked with and did the tests requested by the person in charge of the interviews, and then she sent me a message saying that the manager wanted to talk to me the next day. I readily accepted the conversation, and she sent the meeting invite. Hours later, she sent me a new message canceling the interview and my process without many explanations. I understand that unforeseen events and plan changes happen, but it was very frustrating.

A candidatura foi feita pelo Gupy, e o processo foi ágil. Recebi contato da RH pelo whatsapp. Tive apenas uma entrevista/aula presencial com dois professores do Ibmec. O feedback veio como uma mensagem automática do Gupy. A dinâmica consistiu em uma aula teste sem interação dos entrevistadores e sem perguntas técnicas.

The process happens on the Gupy platform, with stages: data registration, questionnaire, resume review, and interviews. It's transparent until the final stage, where course coordinators make the decision. After that, there's no transparency. Observing hiring practices, the merit evaluation doesn't match actual hires – sometimes less qualified candidates with prior connections to the course coordination are hired.
