IT Support Technician
It was a pretty smooth process with basic technical questions. There were 3 phases, and they wanted to gauge my knowledge of basic troubleshooting, especially within a Windows environment, what commands I know, and my past experiences in this area.
- Can you describe your experience troubleshooting issues in a Windows environment?
- What are some common commands you use for troubleshooting?
- Could you share an example of a time you troubleshooted a user's network problem?
Sales Associate
The interview process was pretty straightforward and adaptable. The hiring manager made sure everything went smoothly. They asked some fundamental questions to check how well I communicate. The interview also touched upon my ability to speak English clearly, which is important for interacting with customers based in the US.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Customer Service Representative
I applied on Indeed, got a text to confirm my interest, and replied yes. The interview was scheduled for the very next day. Before the interview, I did a personality quiz and a typing test. When I got there, they had me take the typing test again. Then, a manager interviewed me and made an on-the-spot offer. The whole thing took a little over an hour. I'm going back tomorrow to finalize things and will start training in two weeks.
- What would be my approach to commuting to work during severe weather conditions like icy or snowy weather?
- What is my policy on requesting vacation time and how much advance notice do I provide?
Advisor
First, you go into a room and do a bunch of online paperwork. Then, you take a typing test. After that, you meet with an HR person who asks you some work-related questions and gives you a scenario to act out. For the second interview, there's more online paperwork, an onsite drug test, and then even more online paperwork for your first training class.
- Imagine I'm your customer and I'm being difficult. How would you manage that situation?
