They asked me questions about myself, my family, where I had worked professionally, and what I could offer the company to add value. It was very positive, as the person in charge of Human Resources was very approachable and empathetic, which allowed me to express myself easily and with tranquility.

I went through one interview, and after that, they wanted to give me the offer. They were open to paying what I asked for, but the deal was a certain amount for the first 3 months, followed by a $3K raise. This was because they had trouble keeping people in the role. Since they use an external HR service, there's no one in-house for questions about benefits or to address any issues.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • The questions were short, and I didn't get a clear picture of the job's actual duties.
  • They mentioned travel opportunities that didn't materialize.
  • There were promises made that turned out not to be true.

You send your CV, maybe with some pics and a video if you're a dancer. Then there's a quick screening, usually done in a day. After that, you'll chat with the Entertainment Director to see how you'd fit into the team. Finally, you'll have a call with the Chief of the Team. It's a pretty speedy process, especially if you get your application in early.

  • What motivates you to pursue a career as an entertainer?
