The interview process included a discussion about professional experience, highlighting strengths and weaknesses. Following that, there was a second interview conducted in English. The contracting company first called me and asked some questions based on my resume. After that, they scheduled an interview. I first spoke with someone from Human Resources who asked me the typical questions. Then, I had a technical interview where they asked questions relevant to the specific job I applied for, as well as other roles. They also presented some hypothetical situations and asked me to respond with technical solutions.

I had two interviews in one day. They were for an entry-level position, but the questions in the technical interview felt like they were for a Senior position. The first interview was okay, with basic questions. But the second one had unexpected Control Systems questions. These advanced questions are not the right way to succeed in an interview for an entry-level position, because entry-level engineers want to learn and prove their skills.
